Do you offer refunds?

We do offer refunds though cancellations must be made 14 days prior to any trip, and dependent upon group size.

**No refunds available within 14 days of any scheduled trip.**

Cancellation Policy:

Groups under 6 guests can cancel 14 days prior to the trip for a refund.

Groups over 6 must cancel 30 days in advance.

Groups of 100 must give a minimum 60-day notice.

Weather-related cancellations will have an opportunity to re-book for any trip up to one year from the original trip date. (Your guide will determine if inclement weather necessitates cancellation and email you 24-48 hours before the trip)

What if there is bad weather the day of my trip?

Our trips run rain or shine, though safety is our top priority! Your guide will determine if inclement weather necessitates cancellation and email you 24-48 hours before the trip.

How do I re-schedule a trip?

Rescheduling must be done with the office via phone or email. If you were booked on a cancelled trip you are able to re-book ONCE within the same year on ANY trip we offer!

VERY IMPORTANT: If you do not feel you would be able to reschedule in the event of a cancellation, we suggest you get trip insurance as we DO NOT offer refunds. This is an industry standard! We are NOT affiliated with any trip insurance but you can google your options online for trip insurance companies near you. Keep in mind most trip insurance companies require the trip insurance be purchased a month prior to your trip for 100% coverage.
